1. Shipping Policy

We currently ship to select areas within Bangalore, Karnataka. Delivery availability will be confirmed at checkout based on your address.

• Shipping Fees: Delivery fees vary based on location and order size. Fees will be displayed at checkout.
• Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 1-2 hours of preparation, depending on your location and order time. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12 PM IST.
• Order Tracking: You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
• Delivery Conditions: Ensure someone is available to receive the order, as our meals are perishable. We are not responsible for spoilage if the delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or unavailability.

2. Return and Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have a limited return policy:

• Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 2 hours of delivery at info@nammafitbite.in with photos and order details. We will issue a refund or replacement at our discretion.
• Non-Returnable Items: Prepared meals are not eligible for return due to health and safety regulations unless they are damaged or incorrect.
• Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

3. International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time.
